I'm Lorenzo, my pleasure
I'm Lorenzo Mosti, a passionate Italian Private Chef, and I am dedicated to transform your events into unforgettable moments.
I worked for 25 years in fine dining across Europe, Asia, the US and the Middle East. During my journeys, I had the chance to broaden my culinary knowledge and I now carry into my dishes the memory of the gastronomic traditions of the countries that have welcomed me, Kosher cuisine included.
I wish to take care of you by offering a nutritious experience for the body and the mind, a moment of authentic and sincere pleasure.
My Services
I offer an exclusive service bringing my professionalism directly into the comfort and privacy of your own home, without the stress of traffic, parking and rigid restaurant schedules.
Ideal for your special events, whether it be a tasty and nutritious breakfast, a work brunch, a refined lunch aboard your yacht or an intimate dinner with friends and family.
I am also available to spend few consecutive days - or even longer periods of time - with you at your home, cooking all the meals requested, to ensure you have a truly relaxing and pleasurable stay.
Based in Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Viareggio, but I can reach my clients all over Italy and abroad.
Through the strenght of personalized cusine, a simple dinner becomes a convivium, a dear memory for the heart.
The Produces

I work with fresh, local produces to bring to your table the essence of taste.
I select from the territory the best of each season; I create simple, yet profound, dishes with an italian and international flair.
How it works
1 Choose your menu
After having thoroughly discussed with you - either in person or by phone - your preferences, tastes and possible allergies and intollerances, I will create a few menu proposals you can choose from.
2 The survey
A few days before the date you chose for your event, I will conduct a survey of the location; I will evaluate the spaces, the equipment available and define with you all the details, to ensure my service is punctual and impeccable.
3 Enjoy yourself
I will be at the location, alone or with my staff, three to four hours before the beginning of your event and I will deal with the mise en place, the preparation of the dishes, the cleaning and tidying of the kitchen area.
4 What about the wine?
I will take care of the wine myself. I am passionate about wines, the perfect match for a perfect dinner. I will find the most suitable ones for your menu. If you would like, I will gladly send you a selected list of wines and spirits you can buy directly from me at a competitive price. My goal is to make your experience a complete and truly memorable one. You can also choose one of my tasting menus with paired wines included.
